New MVC account - max budget?

I'm getting the message that I've "Reached and exceeded my budget" for a particular campaign. This is a new campaign I've created in a new MVC account. It seems that my daily budget is capped at $50, but my campaign budgets are much higher, any ideas how to lift this seemingly $50 cap?

Also If I login to the client center and click the "Budgets" tab.. the value set there for the MVC account in question, is way higher (about 1000x) than what is actually spent.

This actually happens when ever you create a new account. it happened to me also and Adwords rep replied that the system is checking the account and verifying few things.
After few days the problem was gone and the campaign started to get traffic. So just few days.
