Hi all,
Does google include the {keyword} in the querystring when it sends it bot to check your page for quality score for its content? For example;
If I use somedomain.com?kw={keyword} in google and the keyword is "ProductA" and my site injects the {keyword} into a header tag (i.e. Buy the best ProductA); DOES googles bot follow the
somedomain.com?kw={keyword} or somedomain.com?kw=ProductA

They will absolutely crawl somedomain.com?kw=ProductA. They will solve for {keyword} before they build the destination URL.

If you use a different destination URL for each keyword in your ad group for tracking purposes, you'll also see that they crawl landing pages at this level from time to time.
