Does anyone have fewer clicks today?

Today, I noticed a 50% reduction in content clicks, and noticed ads not showing up where they were highly ranked for the last couple of months (also in content). Was amazon's outage today related to this? Anyone else notice a reduction in their content clicks?

I have been doing research looking at the number of impressions and clicks, comparing the difference between the last few days and a month ago. A noticable drop, but that maybe due to my quality score or google changing its algorithm.
