Managing our account is becoming very frustrating due to this.

We have a lot of keywords in our account - more than most, but plenty of businesses would have more.
In recent months we haven't added many new keywords. So, unless we've just topped some magical number of keywords, quantity does not seem to be the problem.

I'll happily ask the tech folks about this SuperF, unless you'd prefer to just address it directly with AdWords support.
If you would like me to ask around, I think the number of keywords may well play a part in the answer. Any chance you could give me an ideas as to just how many we're talking about?

We have 4000-5000 active keywords, but just over 40,000 if we include the rest which are mostly deleted, a few paused or inactive.
If the search timed out, we'd know that it was due to having so many keywords. But if it just says the keyword isn't there, and it actually is, that can cause a multitude of headaches and inefficiencies our end.
