google.com/sponsoredlinks is broken?

Is it just me, or is [google.com...] really not showing the ads that it should be showing?

Usually the ads are pretty much the same as at google.com/search but right now they are very much different. The geo-target setting (using parameter gl=___) does not seem to be working at all. For example, [google.com...] shows exactly the same ads as [google.com...] ... and they've very different from [google.com...]

Argh. Serves me right for having contacting a Google CSR about this via chat in the middle of the night. The guy thinks this issue is related to the SERPs rather than AdWords! Oh well... I threw the fix request in the 'Features I'd Like to See' thread, so hopefully it'll eventually get taken care of.
