What percentage of clicks you receive are bad matches that you don't adjust your negative keyword list for?
I get about 150 clicks/day and about 5 are bad matches that I don't see a good word or two to add as negative, and the search is specific enough that adding the entire thing as a negative exact match doesn't make sense either.

In situations like this sometimes its best to just figure out what your best converting phrases are and go for exact match only on them and scratch the broad matches. You should only do this though if you're confident you'll catch most of the converting visitors through your exact matches though.
