What do y'all do with your "inactive" keywords? Logged into my account today for the first time in ages and they are piling up.

Do these hurt the performance of the other keywords in the adgroup?
Should these be moved to a separate adgroup?
Deleted, and created in a new campaign?
Deleted (and keep 'em out)?
Raise the CPC until they are active again?

Havent really dealt with this before on a bulk scale...

No, the inactive keywords won't affect your ad-group or your account. Its the ones with low quality scores tht do have an adverse affect.
Anyways, you can try to get those keywords active...one thing u could do..which i think should REAALLLLY be helpful is come up with ads very-very relevant to that set of inactive keywords.
try having tht set of keywords EXACTLY placed in your ad headline and text...so the keyword-ad relevancy increases. Also try having another similar ad in the same ad group.
You may also want to move these keywords to a new ad group before doing all this if the in active keywords in the ad group are not closely related to the active ones.
This is so because you don't want to affect the quality score of the other(active) keywords by adding ads in the ad group not so relevant to them.

u can start with the same bids. is ur ad group is closely knit..u probably don't even need to come up with a new one. the advantage of a new ad grp is th u can then specifically target ads to those inactive keywords and try getting them active.
