How much is the Cost Per X Impressions

Where can I set this value in my adwords a/c?

I understand that apart from CPC, we're also paying for every 1000 impressions.

Where can I find out how much Im paying or set this value in my adwords account ?

That's a different type of campaign you have to set up - site targeted, vs keyword.

So for this I have to set up a different ad in the same campaign or I've to create a completely new campaign for my content-sites ads ?

Through my placement reports, I can see on which site URLs my ad was shown and how many times displayed/clicked etc - so how come I dont get info on cost-per-impressions ?
