Can somebody elaborate what factors we can included under "Other relevance factors"?

Take careful look at your landing page and ensure that it matches your ad text and keywords. Perhaps even use distinct landing pages for distinct adgroups to enhance quality score without sacrificing conversion effectiveness. All to often it's easy to become overly focued on achieving the Quality Score and sacrifice the entire point of your ad spend--making some dough!
There are other, more specific factors, but I think you'll find that many who understand them have spend a bundle of cash figuring it out and thus aren't willing to post it.
