Changing Max CPC for individual keywords

Hi

campaign name (called Starter Campaign, using Standard edition) > Edit Campaign Settings > max cost per click
is where I define my global Max-CPC.
Campaign Name > Keywords > select keywords > Edit Settings
I can change the destination URL & nothing else.

I cant change the Search Bid:Max CPC
Its set to Auto: 3.00
I cant change the CPC for those kewywords to 2 (the minimum is 1.8) !

How do I change the Max CPC for individual keywords ?

You're using the starter edition, which by default has Budget Optimizer turned on, so you can't use individual bidding. Go into the Campaign Settings and under Advanced Options / Keyword Bidding set it to Maximum CPC Bidding. Then you can adjust your bids on a keyword level. But you will probably have to adjust ALL your bids.
