Adwords tells me how many impressions i get for keywords we are bidding on, although as i understand, those impressions are not the actual amount of times that keywords has been searched in a given day due to certain budget restrictions such as the cost i'm willing to pay per click, etc.
The Quality Score shows me which keywords my landing pages are best optimized for. Is it fair to assume that i can use the quality score to determine which keywords should also be included in my content optimization to assist in getting more organic visits?
Many of my keywords are listed as "Great" and some are "OK." I'm thinking i should go over my keyword lists to find which keywords have higher impressions but lower quality scores, and that i can then insert those keywords in a natural way to gain more results via natural search.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Great idea to improve your Adwords campaigns and you may see slight improvements in natural search, but Qscore takes other factors into account that are not related to natural search. Qscore looks at CTR's for particular ads, ad copy, on-page elements, avg position, etc. I think a large piece of Qscore is CTR, not to say that you can't have a good Qscore with a lousy CTR because on-page elements and ad copy could still be really good.
Use your ad campaings, along with keyword research tools to determine which keywords will bring the most traffic and best conversion rates and optimize for those terms. I think paid search and natural search can compliment one another, but just basing your SEO efforts on your Adwords Qscore would not make a whole lot of sense to me.
