Opt out of certain partners on network?

Hi everyone, I know you can opt out of content on adwords, but is it possible to opt out of certain partner sites? I'm getting placed on at least one torrent site. And I'm guessing that the traffic from there won't convert as it's people looking for free (and often illegal) downloads.

Is there a way to pick and choose which partner sites you appear on?

Very good question. I wonder if the site exclusion list works for partner sites.
