How much would you charge ?

Hi Guys

Wondering how much would you charge a client for the following :
- Daily budget of 600 to 800 Euros
- 50 campaigns

Would you just charge a 10 -15 % flat fee + Set Up fee on top of monthly spending ?
Seen a couple comments from previous blogs but just want to double check with all you pros
Would you anybody be able to send me a "standard" contract template ?

It's generally a percentage of ad spend unless their budget is like $5 a day or something; if it's a low budget then I end up charging them a flat fee each month.
