Hi quizprep - given the roughly 10 month gap between my last post and yours, I think it is reasonable to say that you are probably experiencing something that is unrelated to the issue that was being discussed in this thread.

Or at least I hope so. ;)

I think my best advice would be to contact AdWords support with any pertinent details about what, exactly, you are experiencing, and see if they can assist.

Agreed, "Painfully Slow" sums it up quite well.

Mine has been "painfully slow" for months. About two minutes just to go from one ad group to the next in the same campaign.

I'm still waiting as I write this post.

Forgot to say I did speak to AdWords support quite a while back about the sluggishness of the account and the rep I spoke to seemed to think it was more or less normal.
