Why has it stopped working for me?

After I enter a keyword I can never leave the kw entry page to get to the results. The computer just sits on the kw entry page forever. Been like this for several weeks, and it happens on two different computers. Any suggestions?

heh, happens when you use the tool too much :)

happened to me, it's not going to work on other computers as well,
it affects your adwords account.

We also haven't been able to find the old keyword assessment tools on either Yahoo or Adwords, nothing out there that seems to show how many searches one keyword phrase gets compared to another. Jeeeeesh! Please post the URL(s) if you have them. Thanks.

Yep, I'd advise contacting AdWords support using the 'Contact Us' link on each page of the account in which you are experiencing this. Briefly (but comprehensively) describe what happened and when, perhaps also describing your typical usage of the tool before this occurred, etc - and ask them to take a look.

Just for the heck of it, include info about your operating system, including the version - and your browswer and version.

Which reminds me. Consider trying a different browser, and/or making sure that your browser version is reasonably current.
