How do people fund their adwords accounts if they live in a country where credit cards / debit cards are not normal?

I live in a country with exchange controls & a very small allowance of dollars by credit card. As my bill tops 4 figures a month I opened an account in the US at a large bank & use that to fund my AdWords.
