Problems getting e-mailed AdWords reports?

Has anyone else been having problems getting e-mailed reports lately?

I run a number of accounts and have daily reports set up to be e-mailed with attached XML. For the past week or two, some random subset of the reports will be missing. It's usually a different set of accounts which have problems each day. The reports are definitely running (I can see them in report history) but the e-mails are never arriving. Running them manually usually works, but it's a pain to do it manually every day.

I have found sometimes they land in the Spam folder until they are white listed.

I have two daily reports emailed to a number of people on two different domains (unrelated mail servers).

Yesterday one of us didn't receive one report. This morning, nobody received either. Our mail server log shows Google never contacted our server to send any messages through.

Like others, I've missed an occasional report every few weeks but not on this scale.

I submitted a support request today but am waiting to hear back.

Same here. No reports today. Sending manually has not worked for me since yesterday. Google is never contacting my mail server.

Thanks for confirming the symptoms, Tiger.

I've just had a response from Google support - it is a fault at their end. For the time being we'll have to download a copy of the reports and mail them out ourselves:

Yes, we've been receiving all our email reports since wednesday.
