Confidentiality / non-compete restrictions for AdWords CSRs?

Once in a while I contact AdWords support (it is usually an exercise in complete and utter frustration, but I'll leave that issue for another thread...), and sometimes they peek and poke inside my account to investigate the issue. So, obviously they have access to the details of my ads and keywords and probably plenty of other data.

What I'm wondering is what protection there is for AdWords users against Google's CSRs using that information for themselves or disclosing it to others. Does anyone happen to know?

I would have to believe that Google has to handle that at an in-processing level. Nothing is ever going to be perfect but if a story of a Google (ex)employee stealing inside information to compete with an advertiser ever got out it would be a big problem for Google.

Such things have happened with affiliate networks and it's not a pretty prospect. I'd imagine Google must have some non-disclosure agreement in place.
