Is this Normal.?

I have been running a campaign for a few months now at 0.30 cents a click and have remained in first place my my search terms.

Recently, I when down from 0.30 to 0.15 cents. Now I am in 3rd place (on average) and my CTR has almost doubled! I dont know if this is normal or if this is just something that will soon pass as my ctr goes back down, but it seems pretty consistent so far.

Is this even possible?

The impression counts have been inaccurate (too low) for most of the day today, so the CTRs are inflated. Wait until tomorrow morning and take another look before you make any conclusions about the data. :-)
