1. No, traffic hasn't fallen off due to "off-season".
2. No, I haven't exceeded my monthly budget.
3. I was, and still am, in the top 1-3 position for the two ads doing very well.
4. All ads are still showing 100% of the time.
Last Friday I changed the destination url for two of the ads, one of the ones doing very well, and the one that isn't. Over the weekend, the impressions and clicks plummeted, more so than usual, like down by 50 - 75%. Today, all three ads have very few impressions, less than over the weekend. What is causing this? It can't possibly be the change in the destination URL, can it?
Changing the Destination URL for your ads will cause your ads to no longer show on partner sites, until the changes can be reviewed and approved. This will often have a major impact on your impressions - as it is the difference between showing your ads in one place, and showing in (potentially) hundreds of places.
Not sure why all three ads are affected, Awildman, unless you made another sort of change to the third one. But, IMO, very particular questions such as this - about individual accounts - are most effectively addressed by the AdWords support team, who can look at the account in question.

They told me that all ads are reviewed before being displayed. I understand that changing an ad causes impressions to drop while being reviewed for the content network, but I only changed the ad for two of three ads. And the ads aren't showing even on search. Is what they are saying that changing any information on any ad causes a change in all the rest? If so, that has not been my experience in the past. I have deleted, paused, and created entirely new ads without the other two being affected in any way. I don't get it. Has anyone else had this problem? I know a few other people are having a problem with their reporting this morning but I don't think this is necessarily related.

Actually, AWildman, it may very well be the issue at work in your case. I've only talked to a few advertisers with the reporting issue, so it is clearly not widespread - but it definitely fits with what you have been experiencing.
I understand from the tech folks that stats will most likely be up to date by the end of the day - and this might allow you to see if 'reporting delays' were behind the issue.

No, I think your intuition is correct. Changing one ad shouldn't effect another. At least based on how you've described things so far.
