Adwords Editor driving me nuts

So I pretty much just starting using Adwords Editor and it is on a very large account. There are 4 campaigns - each with around 200 adgroups. What is driving me crazy is searching to find keywords. I will have the campaign name selected by my cursor and then do a search for say 'baseballs' and usually no results are returned, but I have tons of keywords that incorporate that word and it won't show me those words. Most of the time it doesn't show me any results, but just now when I search for 'baseballs' it's showing me results for say "gloves". Also when seems like it takes multiple clicks is sorting click data. It takes like 4 clicks to sort the clicks column descending or ascending and even when I do it most of the time I have to keep sorting before it finally gets it right. Is it just me?

When you use the Search Box at the top, it will only search the data on the TAB you are on. So if you want to search for keyword, you have to be on that tab. Otherwise it is looking for that search on the current TAB (Campaigns, Ad Groups, Mobile, etc.)

In regards to sorting, it doesn't automatically refresh. So if you change ad groups (and the data isn't downloaded) it won't be in correct order. You'll need to click (I think it is 3 times) to get it to re-order. The 3 times is because there is descending, ascending, and some other "state" that I'm not too sure of.

I actually think the search feature (the box) and the advanced search are some of the best features of AdWords editor (behind the simplicity of copying/pasting ad copy)...

SanDiego Art I know that is how it is supossed to work, but it's not been working as it should lately and was hoping to find others' to verify this as well. It just it not working correctly all of the time and it's very frustrating. Hopefully AWA can report if he's heard of this happening.

The sorting thing, while a pain, also stills has frequent bugs. Also it should be suggested that after the terms in an ad group which default alphabetically - the first click on the 'click' column should show the click descending first and not last. If you have say 200 term in an ad group who wants to see the terms with the lowest clicks first? Just doesn't make sense.
