Hi,

Does adwords track a conversion if it's made post click? What I mean is, say for example a visitor clicks on an ad and ends up at my website. If the person leaves and then comes back to that page the next day to make a purchase, does adwords track that as a conversion? If so, how can I track this sort of conversion?

yes, adwords tracks a conversion up to 30 days after the initial click. However, since Google conversion tracking is not very detailed, it is not possible to link individual conversions to a specific click.

Keeping track of your conversions to build up a conversion curve becomes unnecessarily cumbersome in this case.

Google will assign this conversion to the day the click occurred - and the keyword clicked for, as the previous poster stated, 30 days.
