Reasons for recent cost increase

My local restaurant Adwords campaign cost has doubled in the past two weeks. No reason to suspect click fraud but I would like to understand what's happening. Impressions are up. My Ad Groups are showing CTRs of 1-10% and Conversion Rates of 8-20%.

1. Are these considered low?

2. I suspect I don't have enough negative matches. How can I see all search strings that resulted in clicks?

Any suggestions much appreciated.

i'd say your CTR are good and conversion rates very good (although i've no experience with restaurant campaigns).

you can look at the search query report in adwords to see some of queries that generate your traffic. However google does not show you all the queries.

alternatively, you can analyze your weblogs (if you know how) as they will also contain the referer URLs of your incoming traffic from which you can extract the search queries.

A good way to assess if you are experiencing increased competition is having at look at the campaign report, more specifically the impression share of your campaigns. If your share is going down, it might be because of increased competition.
