QS Great for a while, then plummeted?

Had the campaign running, going fine, 0.02-0.05 min CPC (though bid 0.20). Nothing changed, just logged in and all QS went to poor for no apparent reason, site hadnt changed, anything.

Any ideas please?

Google wants more money, thats the gist of it.

I called and complained and the support rep told me "oh, you're QS plummeted because we marked your account for review".

So your account may be under manual review for whatever reason and i guess that flag inflicts the QS penalty for whatever reason.
