PPA ¦ Cant seem to figure out the Referral Program

Im trying to ad my product to the referral program so I can pay only at a conversion, is this even avail to the public yet? On my adsense account I see I can add products , but how do I become one of those products? Adwords? Thanks

If people are already at your site, why would you want them to click on your ad running in Adsense?

That is why a number of affiliate marketers who know how to maximize ROI won't run the PPA ads, and also why many (most who are savvy) won't consider becoming an affiliate of any site that's also running Adsense.
