MCC Shared Templates

Sounds cool, but what are they?

So I log into my MCC this morning, and see a message about a new feature:

New! Create and share templates for your linked MCC accounts.
The Template Center lets you create campaign templates and share them with your managed accounts

And there's a link for "Learn More". However, when I click the link, I get a page that says...

DENIED!
