Since Search Query Performance report is nearly not as good as it should be, and since Google Analytics is not connecting search queries with our keywords, I wonder if Google AdWords API would show real search query and give a chance to connect it to our keyword.

The end goal is to see real keyword that has triggered the action, whatever that is (sale, affiliate sale, click).

you can use dynamic parameter insertion in your destinationurl. That way google will add the keyword that triggers the click as a parameter to the url. if you analyze your weblogs, you can compare the referer URL (for the search query) and the destinationURL (for the clicked) keyword.
