Ad Status Question

Great Quality Score, High Daily Budget

I was looking at the Ad Status of key phrases throughout my campaigns and I found scattered throughout all my campaigns that when looking at the status of some key phrases it is saying the ad is not showing.

Google gives me this statement "The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads."

How is this possible when Google states that the quality score is Great, the daily budget is nowhere close to be tapped and I am still receiving impressions and clicks as I type.
