AdWords Editor very slow today?

High CPU usage, slower than normal.

I am experiencing extremely slow performance out of the AdWords Editor. Normally it is slow but this is painful.

I am having high CPU usage when simply scrolling down the keyword list.

Is anyone else having these problems?
