Is there a way to import an ad group in the same way google allows you to copy/cut and paste an ad group? As an example, if you copy an ad group and paste it into excel you can see the data being stored which includes campaign, ad group, ads copy and keywords. You can then paste into another campaign. HOWEVER, if you copy the values from excel(i.e. ctrl+C), you will notice that paste is disabled in the editor. After searching the web and messing around with adwords, I don't see a way to "import" all the data in one step.
Up to now I create the campaigns and adgroup using Adwords API and only add keywords and ads using Editor (Ctrl+Shift+K and Ctrl+Shift+T).
