Problem Creating New AdWords Account

Keep getting kicked back to the Login page

Is there a problem with AdWords today? I'm trying to create a new account for a client, and every step of the way I keep getting kicked back to the signup/login page. Just got finished creating ads and entering some keywords, and now I'm back to the login again - very frustrating!

I've looked into this - and I think you should see things returning to normal in the next few hours, if not earlier.
