This new "currency Indicator" makes the UI hard to read

I'm not sure if this is only an international thing, but as of today the Adwords UI now shows "Can" in front of all figures that have money in them. AWA: This makes cutting and pasting and reading the UI REALLY HARD NOW. Please ask them if they can put it up at the top of the window as a permanent setting or something, it doesn't need to be stuck in front of all the dollar figures. Please pass this feedback along!

I totally agree. I find the "Can" to be annoying and of no value.

Yeah the "Can" is for Canadian. It would be interesting to know what it looks like now for other countries too....Can anyone comment?

I'd also like join the feedback, I hate the new currency view. It's so cluttered! At least put the letter in front of the currency sign.

It appears to be everywhere. Canadian accounts are particularly annoying as there are THREE extra chars appended. We KNOW it's in Canadian dollars, we PAY in Canadian dollars and our account has been in Canadian dollars for three years.

It does not effect Europeans because we have a Euro symbol. Remember?

I wonder if this has got to do with the Canadian dollar being worth more than the US dollar now? ;)

Dave, the issue is that there is a change. Previously, for the US currency there was used "$". Now it is used "US$".

Phoned about this on Friday, and again today. The first response was "nothing could be done about it" and "that's the way how it is from now on".

This has brought an older question onto the table, where that arrogance is coming from? Take it or leave it. No space for feedback.

Back to this issue, I tried to explain that this had happened some time last week, and that we did not like it at all as it was very destructive on the screen as we couldn't see the numbers well as we could in the past. Maintaining multiple accounts requires an ability of “quick look” many times a day. Right now it is “hard to our eyes look” many times a day.

I wish support team gets daily updates about ongoing (current) issues. Support of many companies always pleases you when they say “we are aware of the issue”. It makes a customer feeling well.

Unfortunately, with Google AdWords, it is like “calling first time”, most of the times.

Thanks for looking into it AWA, please let us know if there's any change possible, a universal currency indicator at the top some where (perhaps just next to the daily total for all campaigns) would do the same thing and make the usability much better!

In Poland it's even more annoying - they show "Zl", and the "l" look like the number 1. Very confusing, now I can't just glance at a number, I have to stare at it to see exactly what it is.
