There are few tools that are advertised as keyword conversion tracking tools that would work with your site or both site and direct affiliate linking:

(Search on any and you’ll get those sites right away)
Most of them require your traffic to go through their servers which we never accept. I wonder if any of you have any experience with those that are listed or some additional ones.
The point is to get one consolidated report that shows a conversion for each keyword, period.

That does not work if you are connecting affiliate networks like CJ or Linkshare to your PPC side. :(
Keyword level tracking is fine, but when it comes to conversion report, that's the bad part. It can be done but it take too long.
That's why I asked about experience of other people. real time reporting through API (networks and PPC engines) would be the best, but for now it looks it has to be developed inhouse.
