I have 2 Adwords accounts (family issues) and advertise different sites for the same keywords on each account. One account shows thousands impressions daily, the other does only about a hundred. Why?

Have you carefully checked to see if all things are equal? Content turned off, bids equal, quality score equal, geo targeting equal, match type ect.
Google seems to match your ads based on not only keywords but your content, so maybe the content of one site isn't as good as the content of the other site.

If the sites are at all similar, and they detect that the two accounts are linked, they won't show them both at the same time. You can't double serve.

Dude,
Gun one of the those accounts now before Google does it for you....or they'll help you out by banning both of them.

We have found several competitors having multiple sites for exact KW. Same vertical, here's what we found out, they used unique title, descr and urls. Landing pages slightly different so when google check into it they couldn't verify they were same people. First time we caught them they used same landing page and google booted them. This time they were clever and created unique landing pages using different urls. Google was not able to stop them based on how they put it together. So just have to live with it and pay more per click, no wonder stock is $600.
