Has anyone else noticed a Google Quality Score change today (10/5)? On an established account that spends a nice chunk of change, woke up to $10 min. bids across the board.

Anyone else seeing this?

Every time I see a post like this I hold my breath reviewing my accounts.
What really puzzles me is why google uses the $10 bids.

It would be much better if they just wrote up a letter:

Mister x after reviewing your account we found that your site violates several guidelines:
A.
B.
C.
D.
And missing important information about your business TOS, Privacy etc..
Your ads are suspended until you resolve the following issues. Please give us a call if you have any questions.
You comply and continue spending your million a year.

Another useful example:

Your site was determined to be an MFA and those sites are no longer allowed to advertise with adwords, so save yourself time and trouble and move on to other things…

When google executes the $10bid the advertiser is stunned, especially if it is his/her first time. They have no idea what they done wrong and what to do to bring the site up to google’s quality standards.

I personally never encountered another industry where individual or a company spends over a million a year and gets such poor customer service.

I agree, the funny thing is you can always call your AdWords Rep and get little info and be copied on FAQ's ;p
