One of my ad at Google adwords, the average daily click was about 280 clicks per day and the CTR% was about 25%, very stable and average since 6 months ago. But last few days, the clicks was drop to about 80, yesterday more worst, only 19 clicks and about 7% CTR%. Unbelievable! I check there if any new competitors, but no, I still in average first place and actually there was only my ad with this keyword. Can somebody tell me if there have any others reason?

Thanks and have a good day to everybody!

Without knowing the keyword, which I wouldn't expect you to post publicly, it's a bit hard to say. Some possibilities...

-If it's a local keyword, the presence of the google onebox map will slash and burn your CTR.

-If the keyword is on broad match, check which actual searches are leading to the ad being displayed... you could be getting screwed by expanded broad match or DKI.

-If you've got the content network enabled, that's another story altogether.

It depends very much if you are displayed on the right or above the organic search.
Also, it depends very much who are the first 2-3 results of the organic search. If they are very relevant, your CTR could decrease.
