I want to site target the users of the highly trafficked digg.com
What should my CPM be to be able to be seen? Budget not too much of an issue but want to keep as low as possible.

If the ads are below the fold, forget it you will be eaten alive.

If above .25 per thousand and keep doubling it on a daily basis until it is where you want.

Remember it is still contextual.... so you need the keywords to be part of what is appearing on the digg pages you want to reach out to.

Actually, I don't believe SITE Targeted campaigns are contextual. You simply provide the domains of the sites you want to target and provide your Max CPM. There is no keyword terms associated with a SITE targeted campaign.

Even a $0.25 CPM on a site like digg.com can get expensive relatively quickly. It really depends on what your end goal is. Is it ROI-based or simply increase traffic or awareness. If ROI, you need to estimate what type of conversion rate (I'd start with 0.5% or less) and see what bid range you can afford.

If you just want to try to get traffic, then as the previous reply mentioned, start low and see what type of traffic you get. If it isn't enough, you can slowly raise your Max CPM until you get the traffic levels you are looking for.
