So is it me......I'm trying to update my billing information in my account with a new credit card..... I get the old "We are having issues and our technicians have been notified" message pretty much immedatily after I hit the continue button....
While not infallible, heyday, many times you will be able to resolve this sort of thing by trying the following:
* trying a different browser, or
* updating your browser if it is an older version, and/or
* clearing cache and cookies
