I send it to my rep but nothing happened. Is there some kind of spyware department that I can report it directly too?

I am getting aggravated here google says Quality, Quality, and when “bad ad”/spyware gets reported nothing happens (Its been 3 weeks).

Thank in advance for your help

chinara, I missed this post until just now - sorry.

If you'd like, please feel free to sticky me with the info, and I'll make sure that the right people see it.

Chinara,

Please be aware that while you are "dead tired, half asleep" because of that QS, many of them will go through and stay there until "who knows". You ask why?

Well, many times, that what you consider "100% should not be there" is not against the policy, or the policy can be interpreted in this or that way. That is why you see it “still there”.

I’ve been reporting same people for over two months on one single keyword where we always see 2-4 ads with invalid display URL. Guess what... Some go down, but not all, and these that went down, they come back very quickly.

Another example are ads with nothing but AdSense, Yahoo or some other ad syndication. Parked domains, nothing else. They are all still there. Then “the team” will implement another update and again… the one that will suffer will be your QS, not their.

Phew…
