Just started adword

I have everything setup. My keywords are there and I have phrased them correctly. The problem is, my ad does not show up. I have set my monthly budget to $50 and my CPC to 0.25. What else can I do to make my ad appear? Thank you.

Just to start with, and there may be other things afoot, your ads have to be reviewed to show anywhere other than Google Search, and even then you may need to wait for a review in some circumstances.
