Are your google reports wrong too?

Google Showing all Revenue as $10

My google reports are showing any revenue I have from each keyword as $10. We don't have any products that cost $10, so there is no way we could actually have a $10 sale. Even up to 14 conversions are being reported as $10.

Just want to know if this is just us, or if everyone is having a problem with google reports today?

Thanks for the heads-up, JustGirl. I've just checked into this and can confirm that some advertisers are indeed seeing what you describe. Engineering is aware of the issue, and is working on it as a priority.

To set minds at ease for those affected, please know that no data has been has been lost - so once the issue is resolved, you'll be able to run reports and see the correct data.

Will you let us know when this has been resolved? As of 9AM EST I am still having issues.

I certainly will.

I just checked in with the tech team, and while a fix is not yet in place, I did learn of a useful work-around until the issue is resolved. Quoting the tech folks:

Advertisers can retrieve the correct data by running a report containing only conversion columns (ie, no Click or Impression data, just Conversions, Transactions, etc.)

I am also experiencing the same problem with adwords reporting. It shows that the sale value is $10 for each campaign.

Sorry, but it seems that everything is not so good. After I saw your message this morning I started few reports where AOV data is included. I've already been waiting for more than an hour, and status of these reports still are "Pending". Such reports usually take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Mine seem to be fine. I downloaded them yesterday afternoon and revenue is what I expected it to be. =) Thanks AWA
