Problems with cross-client reports

I'm seeing a problem I've never seen before which is fairly weird. When I do a standard AdGroup report for yesterday (8/18) which includes "Total Value" (TotalConversionValue in API-speak), everything is normal.

But when I do a cross-client report on the same client account, using either the API or the web interface, I get the exact same results as the first report for all columns except "Total Value", which is capped at 9.99 for each AdGroup.

This problem seems to manifest itself for all but one of my client accounts. Anyone else seeing anything similar?

Okay, I've determined it's not anything to do with cross-client reports. It's a problem with conversion value reporting, period.

About 9 out of 10 reports I do on my accounts have Conversion Value capped at 9.99. If I keep running the report, I'll eventually get one with the correct values, but there's no guarantee how many times you might run the report before getting the right one. Needless to say this is extremely annoying.

AWA, can you have the engineers take a look? I would think an issue as basic as producing reports that are consistent from one run to the next would be a high priority bug.
