Adwords Conversion Tracking Margin of Error?

I'm wondering how many advertisers have nearly 100% accurate conversion tracking results in adwords. My Adwords account typically shows about 20-25% fewer conversions than actuals.

I've got the code properly installed on EVERY one of my pages and Adwords is my only source of traffic.

Is your conversion count usually bang on? Or does it vary?

Yeah mine always under reports by almost exactly 25%. If you track it for awhile and it's consistent you can just increase the conversion value by the right amount to make the stats look correct for easy viewing/scanning of keywords.
