Seeking opinions about adwords optimization tools.

Does anyone have an opinion about adwords optimization tools? I'm looking at Bidforce and a couple of others. Some say that Adwords must be monitored and optimized manually. Just wondered if anyone would be willing to share their experience about a specific tool or about the use of adwords optimization tools in general.

there are many tools who offer optimization out there, and mainly they are focused on keyword expension, CPA optimization and bid management (you decide what's your strategy, and they perform it for you).
