Anyone experienced a change in how account(s) gets supported?

No dedicated support anymore?

Thanks

I guess we are an isolated case, rather than part of a bulk change. They don't like us anymore. ;)

The budget is not the problem here, or at least should not be. The thing is that we went through few account managers in our history with Google AdWords. Last one was:

One senior account manager
One account manager for daily tasks
Two people for optimization

Four people and then suddenly transferred to “enter your account number”.

The truth is that we’ve been pressing Google AdWords’ policy team hard, I mean real hard, on issues like lack of policy enforcement and it looks like we are heading to some kind of isolation.

Very interesting … and even more annoying.

Google can only grow so fast and their customer base is growing faster. Given a limited number of account managers they can only dedicate themselves to so many accounts.

Want more support? Up your spend.

I almost spitted out the amount...

Why do you think we had four people before this? That wasn’t a mistake buddy.

;)
