Order of Adwords Ads

Why do I see a completely different order of Adwords ads between the first page of results and clicking on "More Sponsored Links". I was under the impression that the 1st page of "More Sponsored Links" should come close to that of regular results but just in a different format.

Because ads are now being changed based on your search history. This recent thread is about the same issue:
[webmasterworld.com...]
