Hello, hopefully this doesn't sound foolish ...

Where do I find an expert to control an advertising campaign by AdWords?
I sell software and I am sure I will get good results with a good AdSense campaign.
I heard that there are some services so that other people do all the AdWords work, where can I find something like this?

you can search google for "adwords consultant" or "google adwords professional" (GAP is the title G assigns to the qualified people who've met the reqs and passes the test)

you might try the unofficial list of adwords certified people (GAPs) at whoisagap.com
