I've managed to miss the Boston show in my area. Will the seminar be coming back around in a somewhat reasonable time frame or should I head to Toronto?
Future dates in Boston have not been set, so far as I am aware, justgowithit.
By the way, you will find a calendar here:

On the calendar, you will see a date in Boston on June 26 -- although I understand that this session is fully booked. You may wish to contact the seminar leader, using the seminar info tab on the page above, to ask if there might be a wait list.

The Boston show has a huge waiting list. The Toronto show still has openings. The odds are the advanced show won't come back to Boston for at least 6-8 months.
The schedule for past July has not been decided yet, so there could be a show back in the NE somewhere later this year, but that's still TBD.
Maybe this is when I say admins can delete this if it's inappropriate as I'm putting on the advanced seminars :)

Brad did an excellent job. :)
The one I attended was billed as intermediate and advanced, but most of the fellow attendees I talked to were much more on the beginners level (and they knew it - they came because it was the only AdWords seminar that had come to Detroit and they figured even if it was past their level, it was better than nothing) The seminar was also full. People *really* want this information.
