The new quality score - What to do?

I did the stuff before with contact pages and privacy policies. It seemed to help. Now should I move all of the affiliate links into java script? Seems google bots have always had an issue getting through java links.

Any ideas that are useful would be appreciated.

I've seen the Googlebot following JavaScript computed URLs in my code.
