Isn't that illegal?
I looked but there is only change credit card information, I don't like them to have it, actually I don't want them to have my name and address either in their database if my account is innactive and cancelled....
I don't beleive they have the right to do that don't they? I cancelled the account and want no trace of it with Google!
Any advice?

But they have to keep details of sales by law so they can't delete your name and address yet. Not sure if they need to keep actual card numbers though.
I just cancelled my Adwords
Why would you do that? if you are trying to get around $10 min bids there are way easier solutions without opening a new account.
